Noureen DeWulf, born the 28th of February 1984 at New York City. Her desire to become an actress has been constant. As she attended Boston University's School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to lay the foundations of a successful career. Following graduation, Noureen started to audition for various roles. In 2005 she got an important role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and has been screened around all over the world. The film won in 2007 when it was honoured with the Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film. This set the stage for Noureen to succeed in future. Her career continues to expand since her first appearance in Girlfriends Num3rs Chuck and Outsourced.
